These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under the laws of England and Wales ("UK Law").

A 50% deposit is required before any order is placed. A deposit in law is deemed to be a binding contract and non-refundable whether a stocked item or special order. The remainder of monies due must be paid when a delivery date is arranged and you 'the client' is fully satisfied.
